Shipping
Every order on Raah & Co. is shipped directly by the brand who made it. That means your pieces come straight from the maker — and that the experience is a little more personal than your average marketplace.
Where we ship
We currently ship across the United Kingdom. International shipping is coming soon — join our newsletter to be the first to know.
Delivery times
- Standard UK delivery: 2–5 working days
- Express UK delivery: 1–2 working days (where offered by the brand)
- Made-to-order pieces: 2–4 weeks — lead time will be shown on the product page
Orders placed after 5pm or on weekends/bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
UK shipping
- Standard UK delivery: £3.95
- Free standard UK delivery on orders over £75 per brand
- Express UK delivery: £6.95, where available
As Raah is a multi-brand marketplace, items may be shipped separately by each brand. If your order contains products from more than one brand, delivery is charged once per brand, and the free delivery threshold applies per brand.
Tracking your order
You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a tracking link as soon as the brand dispatches it. You can also see the status of every order in your account.
Missing or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email hello@raahandco.com with your order number and we'll chase the brand and courier on your behalf.
