Where we ship

We currently ship across the United Kingdom. International shipping is coming soon — join our newsletter to be the first to know.

Delivery times

• Standard UK delivery: dispatched within each brand's usual timeframe — shown on their product pages
• Express UK delivery: 1–2 working days (where offered by the brand)
• Made-to-order pieces: lead time will be shown on the product page

Orders placed after 5pm or on weekends/bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

UK shipping

Every brand on Raah sets its own UK delivery rates. Each brand's standard delivery cost, free-delivery threshold and usual dispatch time are shown at checkout — so what you pay reflects the maker you're buying from.

As Raah is a multi-brand marketplace, items may be shipped separately by each brand. If your order contains products from more than one brand, delivery is calculated per brand, and each brand's free-delivery threshold applies to what you spend with that brand.

Tracking your order

You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a tracking link as soon as the brand dispatches it. You can also see the status of every order in your account.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email hello@raahandco.com with your order number and we'll chase the brand and courier on your behalf.
