Returns

We offer 14 days to return unworn, unused items in their original packaging. To start a return, email hello@raahandco.com with your order number — we coordinate with the brand on your behalf.

How it works

1. 1. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason.
2. 2. We arrange a return label with the brand and confirm it back to you.
3. 3. Post the item; refund is issued within 5 working days of the brand receiving it.

Non-returnable

Made-to-order pieces, intimates, beauty items where the seal is broken, and food/edible products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This will be flagged on the product page.
