These terms apply to all brands listing products on Raah & Co. (raahandco.com). By submitting your onboarding form you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Raah & Co. is a curated marketplace for independent, artisan South Asian-led brands. We are operated by Becky Masih. Contact: hello@raahandco.com.
2. Eligibility
To list on Raah you must:
- Be founded or led by someone of South Asian heritage
- Be an independent brand
- Agree to these terms in full
Raah reserves the right to decline any application or remove any brand that does not meet these criteria.
3. Commission
Founding brands (joining before October 2026 launch):
- 0% commission for the first month from launch
- 10% commission thereafter
New brands (joining after January 2027 launch):
- 15% commission from day one
Commission is calculated on the product price only, excluding shipping. Payouts are processed monthly via Puppet Vendors to your nominated bank account.
4. Pricing
You set your own product prices. Raah does not have a minimum or maximum price requirement — we curate based on quality and intention, not price point.
5. Shipping (TBC)
All brands agree to Raah's standard shipping policy:
- Standard UK delivery: £4.99 per brand
- Free delivery on orders over £75 per brand
- Express delivery: £8.95 where available
- Dispatch within 3 working days of receiving an order
- Tracked shipping used wherever possible
You are responsible for your own packaging, shipping costs and courier arrangements. Raah collects the delivery charge from the customer — this is paid to you via your monthly payout to cover your postage costs.

6. Returns
All brands agree to Raah's standard returns policy:
- Fashion: free returns within 14 days — prepaid label provided by Raah
- Beauty & Wellness: unopened items returnable within 14 days
- Food & Drink: non-returnable unless faulty
- Home & Living: unused items returnable within 14 days
- Faulty or damaged items: replacement or full refund at no cost to customer

7. Content and intellectual property
- All product photography, descriptions and brand assets you submit remain your property
- By submitting content to Raah you grant Raah a non-exclusive licence to use your content for marketing, social media, email campaigns and press purposes
- You confirm that all content you submit is original and does not infringe any third party rights
8. Product standards
You confirm that:
- All products listed are accurately described
- Products comply with all relevant UK laws and regulations
- Food products comply with UK food labelling and safety regulations
- Beauty products comply with UK cosmetics regulations
- You hold any required certifications (e.g. food hygiene, cosmetics safety assessments)
- Products are not counterfeit, infringing or illegal
Raah reviews all products before they go live. We reserve the right to reject or remove any product that does not meet our standards.
9. Inventory and fulfilment
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your inventory accurate and up to date in your brand portal
- Fulfilling orders within 3 working days
- Giving Raah at least 5 days' notice at becky@raahandco.com of any holiday or closure periods (where possible)
- Providing tracking information for all orders where available
10. Exclusivity
Raah is non-exclusive. You are free to continue selling your products through your own website, other marketplaces and retail partners.
11. Brand page
Raah will build and maintain your brand page. You will be asked to approve your page before it goes live. Raah retains editorial control over the presentation of all brand pages to ensure consistency across the platform.
Any updates to your brand page must be submitted to brands@raahandco.com for approval before going live.
12. Removal and termination
Raah may temporarily unlist or permanently remove a brand from the platform if:
- Products do not meet quality or eligibility standards
- Orders are consistently not fulfilled within agreed timescales
- A brand is found to have misrepresented themselves or their products
- These terms are breached in any material way
Brands may leave Raah at any time by notifying brands@raahandco.com. Any outstanding orders must be fulfilled before departure.
13. Liability
Raah acts as a marketplace only. We are not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of products listed by brands. Each brand is responsible for their own products and any claims arising from them.
14. Changes to these terms
Raah may update these terms from time to time. Brands will be notified of any material changes by email. Continued listing on Raah after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
